Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

To request an exchange, please contact us at orders@deenoverdunya.us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at orders@deenoverdunya.us so we can make it right.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to our error
